About a week ago, one of the lights on my three light pendant blew so I replaced that LED globe with a new one out of the box. It didn't work, so I replaced that globe with yet another new one. It also failed to work. Thinking that it must be the actual pendant that was faulty (it's 15 years old), I called Russo Electrical hoping to get it repaired.Aiden arrived punctually and set about the task of fixing my pendant. What he found was that the original globe I replaced had, in fact, expired but that the two "new" LED bulbs I had installed were duds. He replaced the most recent globe I had installed with one he had in his truck, and it worked perfectly. I'm no handyman by any means, and he could have gone through the pretense of replacing all the wiring in the pendant as I had expected (and had been quoted for), but he didn't - I was only charged the call-out fee and for the cost of his new globe. That's honesty - not an entirely common thing amongst a lot of tradies I've discovered over the years.Russo Electrical are now my "go to" from now on.
